How should I cut, straighten, and what color should I streak my hair ?

I have an "heart" shaped face, and I rly like the feathered haircuts, but I am not sure if thats the hair cut for me ... what do you think ? ALSO I need to find a way to PERMINTLY straighten my hair, I heard there is something like a straight perm, is this true and if so, how much do they cost normaly ? I also need to streak my hair, I want like 3 or 4 colors, I have redish-brown hair, what color streaks do you recomend ... ?

umm i have the answer for the "straight perm" thingy!,

i am getting my hair chemically straighted next Sunday and they run about the same price as a regular perm [ this is loosely based on the account that my grandma owns a hair salon] which can run from about $70-$500 depending on the salon!! but from all the research i have done about it seems to be safe but only depending on if your hair is brittle or not but I'm assuming urs is not so go for it cuz I'm excited about getting mine done!!
