Is there a name for compulsive hair cutting?

I'm not sure if perhaps it would fall under the classification of trichtillomania or if it's its own disorder, or if it doesn't even have a name or what, but I'd love to know. It's something I've struggled with for years and would like to know more about the actual condition - and I'm fairly certain that it is a condition. I've tried to google the answer and didn't come up with much of anything, so I'd sure like to know if there's a name for this.

It could be related to Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. You should try googling that, and also check out the library, or drug stores for pamphlets on OCD. I know that hair PULLING definitely is an OCD issue.

There is treatment for psychological disorders of this type, whatever names they go by.
