The best way to find a good haircut is to look in the magazines at the beauty shop and find a picture in there of a cut you like on someone with your facial features. Then you will have the photo with you to show the beuatician.

the straiter your hair is the shorter and more layered you should get it cut

if your hair is curly i wouldnt cut it, id grow it out
