I would like to cut my hair but i have no idea where should i go..i only have a budget of 30 %26amp; below..i don't mind neighbourhood saloon as long as it is good but i do not like those hair stylist who keep pushing me to do rebond etc..any good suggestion? thanks alot!

My favorite place is Bikini Cuts. Scantily-clad women aside, they provide good service. Last time I went, the girl cutting my hair actually knew what she was doing and it was the first time in quite a while I didn't walk out of a hair salon thinking, "It'll grow back."
The chairs in the waiting room are masage chairs and they give you a hand masage afterwards. And at the risk of sounding like a male schouvanist, they have higher standards that Hooters.
